Our team of experts is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As a Customer Repair Support Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing onsite services to IMS customers, including analysis, problem-solving, and customer engagement. Your primary goal will be to reduce device and instrument repairs, ensuring surgery readiness and improving customer retention. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to evaluate processes, communicate effectively, and collaborate on solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and perform basic analysis on repair trending data to identify areas for improvement * Provide analysis of repair trending and solution delivery to customers, ensuring they understand the root causes of issues and the steps being taken to resolve them * Lead Proactive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) for service portfolio assets, ensuring that devices and instruments are properly maintained and serviced * Receive and send out instruments or devices requiring repair, tracking the send/receive repair process to ensure timely resolution * Ensure instrument/device inspection for maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become major problems * Establish business relationships with customers, building trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or healthcare * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical device or healthcare services company * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you'll be required to travel to customer sites **Benefits** * Vehicle Reimbursement Plan to support your travel needs * Cell Phone Stipend to help you stay connected on the go * Robust Training Program to help you develop your skills and knowledge * Paid Time Off to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance * Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Benefits to protect your well-being * Long/Short Term Disability Coverage to provide peace of mind * 401(k) with a Company Match to help you plan for your future **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
