As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for: * **Developing and executing CRM strategies**: Create and implement comprehensive CRM strategies for US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channels and send cadence. * **Managing campaign development and execution**: Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, from creative briefs to campaign launch. * **Data analysis and reporting**: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms, track initiatives, and report progress to the team.
