Job Overview: Customer Relations Representative We are seeking talented and compassionate customer relations representatives to join our remote call center team. As a customer advocate, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to our pharmacy customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, supporting our retail pharmacy stores and upholding our goals of delivery through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, reflecting arenaflex's purpose and values Research, respond to, or interpret company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing Demonstrate strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications and proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office Qualifications: Essential and Preferred To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual in Spanish Prior inbound Call Center experience Previous experience working from home Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience Education and Compensation A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. The position pay rate is $17.00 per hour to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $34.15. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Work Schedule and Benefits Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time, including Saturdays and Sundays. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off that may not be consecutive.
