**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based reviews
* Educating customers about insurance options and financial services solutions using a customer-focused approach
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market relevant products and services
* Collaborating with the State Agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
* Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Maintaining accurate records and data to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
