As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, communicating, and managing ongoing support projects, ensuring seamless customer experiences and technical support. **Position Purpose:** As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in the planning, communication, and time management of ongoing support projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Communicating accurate timelines and managing expectations with internal resources * Coordinating customer communication related to ongoing projects * Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Analyzing, planning, and developing projects for the support team * Defining and communicating clear deliverables to customers * Attending regular technical team meetings to update on status information, challenges, and timelines **Education & Experience:** While a High School/ GED is required, we prefer candidates with a BA/ BS degree. Relevant experience in the healthcare or medical industry technology is essential, as is excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and communication.
