Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Product Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
Participating in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms
Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
