We are seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager (CPM) to lead and support transformative customer programs in the Media & Entertainment domain. As a trusted advisor, you will drive strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs. Our team of passionate and dedicated professionals is driven by a shared vision of making a positive impact on the world through technology. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Practice Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation. You will execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings. Your key responsibilities will include: * Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation. * Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings. * Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with arenaflex account team (direct sales). * Establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups and executive sponsorship of programs. * Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: ### Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience. * 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience. * 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles. * A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs. * Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions. ### Preferred Qualifications * A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations. * Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following: Content Production, Media Supply Chain, Direct to Consumer / Streaming, Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization, Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads. **What We Offer** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a range of benefits and opportunities, including: * Competitive salary ranging from $138,200/year to $239,000/year depending on location. * Opportunity to work with a world-class team and make a significant impact. * Inclusive team culture and employee-led affinity groups. * Mentorship and career growth opportunities. * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance. * Comprehensive benefits package. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a significant impact in the Media & Entertainment industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
