Job Overview
The Customer Practice Manager (CPM) role at arenaflex is a critical position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills. As a CPM, you will be responsible for leading customer programs that accelerate business outcomes, driving strategic and financial value for customers through the promotion and sale of transformational professional services programs. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, working closely with them to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in professional services and platform bookings in the near term.
Lead business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies and developing a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team.
Establish executive relationships across technology and business groups, securing executive sponsorship of programs and developing an internal network at arenaflex, including critical organizations such as account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal.
Assume the role of strategic advisor and expert, with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the available cloud services, and deliver on annual bookings targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex professional services business objectives.
Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the professional services sales team, and contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in the industry.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience with selling consulting/professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory.
Business development experience, including multi-year, multiple service offerings with a total contract value of +$10M agreements, and familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion.
Experience assessing customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services.
International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners.
Understanding of cloud computing and data transition challenges.
A partner network for joint pursuit and delivery.
