About the Role
The Customer Practice Manager will lead all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensure delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories. You will be responsible for executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in professional services and platform bookings. Your ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies will be essential in driving business outcomes and developing unified account plans that align with our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in professional services and platform bookings
Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies
Develop unified account plans and pursuit plans that align with our sales teams
Establish executive relationships across technology and business groups, with executive sponsorship of programs
Establish an internal network at arenaflex, including our sales teams, partner teams, global services organization, finance, and legal departments
Assume the role of strategic advisor and expert, with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of our customers' businesses and available cloud services
Deliver on annual bookings targets, with deal structures aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex's professional services business objectives
Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across our professional services sales team

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with selling consulting or professional services, with recurring revenue from accounts or territories
Business development experience, including multi-year, multiple service offerings with a total contract value of +$10M agreements
Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion
Experience assessing customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience, with global F500 enterprise customers and partners
Understanding of cloud computing and data transition challenges
