**Job Summary**

As a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer requests, managing inventory accuracy, and overseeing the fulfillment of customer orders. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and drive business growth. **Responsibilities**

* Attend to customer requests and facilitate the coordination of necessary materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Regulate and oversee inventory accuracy by implementing efficient control measures to uphold precise inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
* Manage the fulfillment of customer orders for products or services, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
* Oversee the logistics of receiving and sending out stock items, including tracking and monitoring inventory levels.
* Handle inventory fulfillment operations at the customer facility, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality and safety standards.
* Share pricing specifics for products, whether they are newly launched or already in the market, to provide customers with informed purchasing decisions.
* Participate in ongoing improvement programs focused on enhancing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes.
* Communicate the tangible benefits of supply chain services to the customer to showcase their value and drive business growth.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum age requirement: 18 years
* Studying Supply Chain/Operations Management or having relevant industry know-how, particularly within the local market
* Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
* Skilled in primary computer applications, including inventory management software and other relevant tools
* Solid math skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to timeliness, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of tasks
* Motivated by personal drive, able to work independently, and committed to customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
* Comfortable operating within a sales-centric atmosphere, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
* Competence in raising, gliding, transferring, and dropping packages with a weight spectrum of 25-50 lbs (up to 75 lbs)
* Ability to clear a mandated drug test (pertains to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Possession of a valid driver's license from the country in which the job is located
* Accomplishing the necessary steps in a graduated licensing system to reach completion
* Strong desire among arenaflex staff to excel and progress in their careers within the company
