The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely for 20 hours per week. While our ideal schedule is 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility in scheduling these hours to accommodate the right candidate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing customer support via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
Handling inbound sales inquiries, responding to customer questions and concerns, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services
Creating user guides and documentation to support customer onboarding and platform adoption
Assisting in the development of outbound sales strategies, with potential commission structure for successful sales performance
Learning and advising on Australian raffle regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to local laws and regulations
Becoming an expert in arenaflex's platform and features, providing product knowledge and support to customers and internal stakeholders
Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction
Guiding clients through permit applications and raffle setup processes, providing guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding
Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Contributing to various projects as needed, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and platform development


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
