**Experienced Customer Operations Engineer – Space Mission Deployment and Customer Experience**

As an Experienced Customer Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout arenaflex mission deployments. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge to address customer objectives and serve as the primary contact for on-orbit mission execution, facilitating issue resolution and collaboration with Product teams. **About This Role:** As a Customer Operations Engineer at arenaflex, you will be the frontline interface with customers, helping them use our tools effectively for mission planning and payload operations.
