About the Customer Onboarding & Success Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding & Success Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with property owners for our client's growing business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of our client's platform and exceptional client management abilities. Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture partner relationships within your assigned territory to drive growth and success
Directly manage accounts to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth
Onboard new, high-quality supply in your assigned geography, ensuring seamless integration and support
Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients


Essential Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales
French language proficiency at level C1 or above
Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and targets
Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience is a plus
Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business
Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities


Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making
Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary per annum of €38,000, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000 per annum.
