About the Role As a Customer Onboarding Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our customers. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to design and implement tailored onboarding experiences that meet the unique needs of each customer. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and build long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Own the customer onboarding experience, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the onboarding process Conduct project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise Design and implement regional and global projects, utilizing blithequark's project documents and following the SID implementation process Ensure that all client requirements are adequately understood and documented, and that onward teams (e.g., units, deployment, traveler care) are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences Manage project performance, ensuring that project status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly communicated to all stakeholders Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, driving partnership and project success through effective communication and collaboration Empower and motivate project teams, managing under pressure and driving results in a fast-paced matrix environment Attend and contribute to team calls, sharing experiences, ideas for process improvements, and supporting others as needed within the team What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Onboarding Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Travel industry experience, with a strong understanding of corporate travel and blithequark's solutions A passion for working directly with customers and building strong relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment, managing across multiple geographies, functions, and time zones Business English mandatory, with multi-lingual capability advantageous Preferred Qualifications Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational SMEs Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment Ability to inspire change and drive process improvements, with a positive and proactive approach to challenges Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to design and implement tailored project plans Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with a range of perks and incentives designed to recognize and reward your contributions. The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance, as well as our Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of our shareholders.
