The Advisor, Customer Logistics and Supply Chain, plays a pivotal role in managing both planned and unplanned sales activities that impact orders and customers, ensuring that our customer service standards are not only met but exceeded. Key Responsibilities The Advisor, Customer Logistics and Supply Chain, will be responsible for a wide range of activities designed to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and foster collaborative relationships across different departments. Key responsibilities include: Managing planned and unplanned sales activities affecting orders and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Utilizing SAP queries and reports to identify trends, analyze data, and develop solutions that improve customer logistics and supply chain operations. Leading cross-functional meetings to drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals. Conducting day-to-day customer service activities, managing escalated issues with a sense of urgency, and providing clear and thorough documentation and communication to stakeholders. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met, particularly during promotional activities. Ensuring the execution of all customer requirements during promotional activities, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience preferred. Availability to work rotating weekends, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs. At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center, with three years in each preferred for enhanced understanding and skill development. Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external customers. Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems, with experience in SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables being an asset. A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision, providing clear and thorough documentation and communication. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience with Microsoft Office and other logistics and supply chain management software. Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams towards achieving operational excellence. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
