Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of the beverage industry! **Key Job Details** * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Company:** arenaflex * **Location:** Remote (with local routes available in San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Banning, and surrounding areas) * **Position:** Customer Growth Representative * **Compensation:** Competitive salary of $26.36 per hour plus incentives * **Benefits:** Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO * **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5am start **Responsibilities** As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Selling and executing promotions, securing equipment placement, and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth * Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, ensuring alignment and proper labeling * Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock daily * Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred * 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or beverage industry setting * Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and attention to detail * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software * Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends * Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools * Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Professional (CSP)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
