Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Retail Training and Education team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and events that inspire customers to discover, own, and love our products. If you're passionate about customer experience, have a knack for teaching, and are comfortable presenting to live audiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging Today at blithequark sessions to encourage strong customer participation and generate excitement, engagement, and enthusiasm among customers for our products and services. Create interactive customer experiences that help others get the most from the blithequark ecosystem. Drive ownership by recommending solutions that meet customer needs and support customers in setting up their devices. Demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources available to customers who want to expand their technical knowledge. Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn. Demonstrate blithequark's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: To be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations. To have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following skills and experience, you'll be even more competitive for this role: To draw from experience with teaching or public presentations and be comfortable presenting to live audiences. To adapt facilitation styles to meet the needs of the audience with many learning styles, sizes, and settings.
