As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in transforming the way we engage with our employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing consumer-grade level customer service to arenaflex team members, responding to HR and employee experience inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Seeking to understand the needs and intentions of Askers, clarifying questions when required, and maintaining a strong attention to detail to identify the right population segment and provide relevant information. * Researching question topics using team member resources and a library of information across several categories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date responses. * Leading escalations to resolution by maintaining communication with AskHR partners, ensuring a smooth handoff of Askers to other teams. * Leading regular meetings with partners to discuss HR case trends and determine resolution for difficult questions. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional HR support and employee engagement.
