**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Specialist - Automotive, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers upon arrival and conducting a needs assessment to understand their automotive needs and preferences
* Communicating with customers via email, text, and phone to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Attending product and sales training courses to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies
* Maintaining owner follow-up and prospect development systems to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Presenting quotes and estimates to customers for approval, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all interactions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* A background check and drug test
* To be at least 18 years of age

* The ability to work evenings and Saturdays
