About the Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Representative in our Mom and Baby division, you'll be part of a talented team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a wealth of support staff. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience when interacting with our company. You'll work closely with expecting mothers, medical offices, and insurance providers to provide top-notch support and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies
Interface with existing customers to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions, presenting arenaflex's services and products in a clear and compelling manner
Handle inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales and providing exceptional customer service
Contact patients through outbound phone calls and emails, building relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, communicating effectively with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting
Promptly follow up on services promised or rendered, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Process documentation, including verification of insurance, and maintain accurate records
Perform order entry and data maintenance, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances


Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
Microsoft Office computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems
At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
At least 1 year of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, and the ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team
Self-disciplined, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively


Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Previous experience in a high-stress environment, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Proven work history illustrating stability and reliability, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
Sensitivity to patient care issues, with a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and compassion in customer service
Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality, with a strong understanding of the importance of data protection and confidentiality
