As a CX Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service via phone and email ticketing systems, leveraging your expert product knowledge and passion to deliver an unforgettable experience. You'll collaborate daily with our distribution centers and customers, who are eager to share their experiences with you. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, thrive in a team environment, excel in tough conversations, and be enthusiastic about providing the best customer experience possible. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative (CX) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and coworkers * Actively managing the customer support conversation queue * Effectively answering customer inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs * Understanding and articulating arenaflex product information and processes with ease * Upholding agent performance standards in Gladly accordingly **Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred * Intermediate computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred * Previous experience in customer service, with outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge a plus * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude * Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills **Benefits and Perks** As a seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CX) at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A starting wage of $18/hour * Flexible scheduling, with 30-40 hours per week after an initial 2-week training period * Holiday hours required, with holiday pay and paid sick time * A seasonal role available through March 2026 * Gear Test credit * A Stio WFH equipment package for seasonal employees **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that values inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being.
