As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and online. **Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with customer research and analysis
* Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and education
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
