About the Role: Customer Experience (CX) Support Advocate As a Customer Experience (CX) Support Advocate at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels. You'll be working remotely and will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that customer contacts are addressed, questions are answered, and quality standards are met for each interaction. First Call Resolution: Strive for first call resolution and a positive customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails. Stay Informed and Improve: Stay informed on product updates, new tools, and departmental processes while seeking improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience. Accurate Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions within the customer database to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Escalate Urgent Situations: Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resources to ensure prompt resolution. What We Look for in a CX Support Advocate: Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or relevant experience. Availability: Availability for weekend and/or evening work to accommodate our customers' needs. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar, to effectively interact with customers. Residency Requirement: Must reside in one of the specified locations: California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington. Technical Skills: Ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts from students for 80% of the workday. Preferred Qualifications: Chat/Text Support Experience: Experience with chat/text support to provide seamless communication with customers. Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills (additional pay differential may apply) to cater to a diverse customer base. Why Join Blithequark?
