Join Our Team We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team as a Remote Chat Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, providing personalized support, and helping them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of American Express to our Card Members, providing expert support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming and engaging Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport Providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for Card Members Using your expertise to resolve issues and concerns, turning Card Members into loyal advocates Utilizing the Client's First approach to address Card Members' needs and expectations Offering travel advice, making reservations, and collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet Card Members' needs Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Card Members Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding Card Members' expectations The ability to work collaboratively with your team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and various software applications Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of American Express products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your expertise Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly and effectively Experience using various technology platforms, including CRM systems and customer service software What We Offer As a Customer Experience Concierge with American Express, you'll enjoy: A competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage A generous paid time off policy, including vacation days and holidays Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks Opportunities to develop your skills and expertise, with training and development programs How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
