Job Overview
In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, acting as an ambassador for our brand and providing superior service to our clients. As a member of our Centurion Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and providing access to our clients upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Being accountable and taking ownership of the client's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Creating innovative ways to resolve clients' issues or concerns, ultimately making loyal enthusiasts out of our clients
Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting clients' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
Accommodating the needs of our clients by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight clients with every interaction
The ability to listen to clients' needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction with the service received
Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the client's experience at the forefront of everything you do, and adapt to an ever-changing environment with resilience
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and utilize multiple technology platforms with ease


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on premium or high-value clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on premium or high-value clients
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Knowledge of the travel industry, with experience working with travel reservations or concierge services
