Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet Card Member needs and expectations

Collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member requests and preferences
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you will need:
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients, preferably in the airline, lounge, or hospitality industry
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm Card Members with every interaction
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to customer service, with a passion for delivering high satisfaction ratings
The ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
