As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services.

**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you'll be a key member of our branch team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their objectives. You'll also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
* Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
* Experience with sales and relationship management

* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software
