**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, recommending tailored solutions to meet their deposit and banking requirements. Your expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship management will enable you to drive business growth, increase customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our branch team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their deposit and banking requirements
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

* Experience in a banking or financial services environment
* Proven sales and customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
