**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow our customer base. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship management will enable you to build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving long-term growth and profitability for arenaflex.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions
* Identify opportunities to grow our customer base, leveraging sales and marketing strategies to drive new business and revenue growth
* Educate customers on consumer deposit products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and services
* Collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership with our customers
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
* Proven track record of sales and customer service success
