About the Role: Customer Experience Analyst We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our team, working from home with occasional office visits in Chicago. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations. Reporting: Schedule and maintain trending reports and indicators for key business stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Data Extraction: Extract data from various sources, perform ad-hoc reporting, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Analytics Systems: Manage and collaborate with third-party analytics systems to ensure output aligns with strategic objectives. Minimum Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Survey Design: Strong experience in survey design and management. Call Recording and Text Analytics: Experience with call recording and text analytics.
