Your primary focus will be on evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technologies. You'll also be responsible for summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technologies, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations * Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that new technologies meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction * Visit customer sites and deploy new technologies, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technologies, using data analysis and insights to inform product development and improvement * Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future development **Essential Qualifications** * A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution * Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights * Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs * Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences * Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science * Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R * Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and customer-centric development **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product development and improvement * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
