As a CX Ambassador, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to driving business growth and customer loyalty. **Job Summary** As a CX Ambassador, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the shopping experience for our largest and most strategic Selling Partners on Amazon. You'll work closely with these partners to identify areas for improvement, develop coaching plans, and measure progress against key customer experience metrics.
