Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers, merchants, and dashers in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues, including payments, account questions, driver issues, and troubleshooting, with a focus on first-call resolution
Develop in-depth knowledge of our systems, processes, and resources to drive positive outcomes and provide exceptional customer experiences
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills to build trust and loyalty with our customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that our customer support meets the highest standards of quality and excellence
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, merchants, and dashers
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications, phone systems, and software
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
