Key Responsibilities Own and manage the bulk of customer inquiries across all platforms, fostering strong relationships with our community. Become an expert on blithequark's products, policies, and brands, staying up-to-date on the latest developments. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Live Chat, email, and other customer support channels. Partner with the Marketing team to perform community management on social platforms, addressing customer needs and concerns. Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive loyalty. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably within the beauty industry. Based in Nevada, USA, with a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, primarily between 9 am and 9 pm EST. Comfortable working across multiple communication channels, including email, social media, and live chat. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A positive and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proven problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with a deep understanding of product knowledge and trends. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management tools. Previous experience working in a remote or flexible environment.
