Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, multi-bank environment, handling routine and basic customer inquiries, and resolving issues with minimal supervision. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will have the opportunity to take on more complex tasks and contribute to the growth and success of our care center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Receive and process telephone service requests, including Retail Banking, Debit Cards, Digital Banking, and Business Banking and Treasury Management
Demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for internal and external customers
Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's procedures, policies, and banking regulations
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
Meet personal and customer care center team targets and call handling quotas
Follow all arenaflex policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Promote and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services to customers and prospects, actively participating in department digital referral programs
Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, with a schedule subject to change based on department needs and customer demand


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year of experience in banking or finance, with call center experience preferred
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills, with excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
High analytical ability, with the ability to influence others and resolve conflicts with minimal negative impact
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple-task environment with a high-disruption rate
Self-starter with forward-thinking capabilities, demonstrating good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet goals
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with Care Center software experience desirable

Compensation and Benefits
