About the Role As a Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone. Your expertise will not only ensure customer satisfaction but also contribute to the smooth operation of our service dispatch processes. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a cohesive team. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling service calls, ensuring seamless communication with customers. Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, resolving issues promptly. Dispatch the correct technician based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference to each job, utilizing Service Titan software effectively. Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information. Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other job specifics. Ensure the accuracy of customer details on all scheduled calls, maintaining high data integrity. Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers within blithequark. Engage in high-level interaction with service technicians and a diverse range of customers, from residential to commercial. Adapt to other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Qualifications & Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: Familiarity with the Chicagoland area or a similar geographic region. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with previous dispatch experience being a significant plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Experience in industries such as plumbing, electric, or HVAC is advantageous but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively. The capacity to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work efficiently from home. The ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as required by the 3rd shift schedule.
