About the Role
As a Customer Engineering Summer Intern at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers top-class support to global enterprises driving the modern digital economy. Our Customer Engineering team serves as a technical partner to our customers, helping them accelerate their efforts to build solutions on top of arenaflex's digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to arenaflex's digital services customers through various platforms, including emails, tickets, live chat, and private and public Slack channels
Support new and existing customers, including queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution, as well as follow-up with customers and relevant stakeholders
Develop expertise in arenaflex's digital services platform, staying up-to-date with common use cases and deployments, and practicing with the API
Collaborate with customers and operations team members, observing and helping to lead incident management protocols, serving as a communication lead during customer-impacting events, and providing relevant details to sales, account, product, and operations teams
Ensure excellent documentation to enhance self-service, providing content and edits to public-facing documentation

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (graduating between December 2025 and September 2026)
Be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July and September, depending on your school system)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with business proficiency in English
Have a strong interest in computer networking (OSI model), system administration, application support, server-side hardware, SQL/databases, and APIs
Be analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools
