With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the cloud. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engineer, Security, you'll work closely with our Sales team to introduce arenaflex Security offerings to our customers, helping them overcome technical challenges and achieve their business goals. You'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on cloud security, compliance, and best practices. With a strong background in security and cloud native architectures, you'll be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of our customers' environments and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. **Responsibilities** * Work with Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical and compliance objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. * Collaborate with all arenaflex Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments. * Support arenaflex Security opportunities and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight our solutions' value proposition using techniques including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response documents. * Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events where applicable. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience in security or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role. * Experience in cybersecurity (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). * Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills. * Ability to speak publicly and deliver technical presentations. * Excellent knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field. * Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. * Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). * Knowledge of arenaflex products and solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range: $139,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud computing solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
