Join Our Journey: Customer Engineer (M365, Copilot & SharePoint) We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to provide technical leadership to Premier customers worldwide, ensuring their IT environments remain healthy, optimized, and aligned with Microsoft best practices. As a highly consultative role, you will focus on proactive engagement to help customers avoid future issues and deliver high-impact services that strengthen customer environments and build long-term technical relationships. Key Responsibilities: Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments, implementing and managing M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications, utilizing technical expertise to handle important customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations. Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update, and manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions. Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, transitioning customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps. Facilitate changes from MSI-based to C2R-based installations, and oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT, with 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps. Proficiency in M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities, and experience with Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies, and experience with environment-specific scenarios involving third-party applications and add-ins. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
