About the Role As a Customer Engineer, AI/ML, HCLS at arenaflex, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and helping shape the future of businesses of all sizes. You will work closely with our Technical Sales teams as a machine learning subject matter expert to differentiate arenaflex's cloud computing solutions to our customers.Your expertise will help prospective customers and partners understand the power of arenaflex's cloud platform, explaining technical features, designing architectures, and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. You will also have the opportunity to help customers leverage specialized Machine Learning (ML) hardware developed by arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.Provide machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex's cloud platform. Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex's cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on arenaflex's cloud platform.Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer at an enterprise technology company or a similar customer-facing role. Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. Experience with big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems. Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses. Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation and BenefitsThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
