**Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist (Part-time, 12-month Contract) – K-12 Education**

Our ESS is comprised of three key solutions: 1. **Personalized Tutoring**: 24/7 access to tutoring in any subject, anytime from anywhere, with various communication features to suit different learning styles. 2. **Practice Center**: Engaging practice tools for in-class and at-home academic practice, focusing on students' zone of proximal development. 3. **College and Career Readiness**: Resources to prepare students for life after high school, including academic planning, college and career readiness tools, work-based learning, and micro-credentials. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be part of our Professional Learning Team, promoting arenaflex's brand awareness and driving student adoption across the nation. You'll lead workshops, informational sessions, and teacher enablement trainings, nurturing relationships with key Paper champions and teachers on the ground. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement. **Responsibilities** * Lead workshops and informational sessions to build excitement and spread arenaflex brand awareness across district communities * Facilitate teacher enablement trainings to educate teachers and administrators about arenaflex implementation at the classroom and site level * Grow and nurture relationships with key arenaflex champions and teachers on the ground by providing them with the most up-to-date resources * Expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement **Required Qualifications** * Must live in the supported area/region within the identified geography (for this posting, must reside around west Los Angeles within California) * Comfortable speaking in front and engaging with large groups * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education * Working knowledge of K-12 education industry * Laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes (developing slide decks, presenting to districts, communicating cross-functionally) * Proficient in using Twitter and staying current on social media platforms and trends * Outgoing individual with strong communication skills who is energized by engaging with customers, especially teacher and parent communities * High energy and ability to build excitement with customers * Self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading professional development within a district * Experience leading virtual gamified events within a school district **Location** These specialists may cover any schools within the identified region/area (for this posting, this will include west Los Angeles area in California. These individuals must have their own transportation and a valid driver's license as this role requires considerable travel. Travel territory will be dependent on business needs. **Travel** Travel is required and considered an essential function of the job for all educator-facing positions. Travel includes transportation via car and/or public transit. **Compensation & Benefits** We offer a competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time. The specialist will have the ability to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel.
