Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal and security organization, promoting data consistency and marketing/advertising technology management for the company. As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our legal and security review lines, ensuring compliance with existing and emerging security guidelines and policies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to review and manage our customer engagement unified legal and security line. A Day in The Life... A typical day in this role will involve a range of responsibilities, including: Supporting the implementation of blithequark's legal and security review lines Assisting with new and renewal contract reviews, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, privacy, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms Conducting third-party data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd segmentation among blithequark specialty units, organization, and external vendors Collaborating with key colleagues to review and manage the customer engagement unified legal and security line, alongside reporting new monitoring processes Providing project-specific guidance and recommended policy to ensure compliance status with existing, recently enacted, and emerging security guidelines and policies, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations What We Are Looking For... To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to support partners and operations on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills Excellent communication skills, including process flows and documentation Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision Detailed, highly organized skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Required Education and Experience To be eligible for this part-time role, you must be a senior late graduate (within six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field. You must also be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding participation in the internship program, or have graduated from a college/university within the last six months.
