**Experienced Customer Engagement Associate - Customer Success and Account Management**

Our mission is to build a culture that empowers our employees to thrive and deliver lasting impact. **The Role** As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll be responsible for managing inbound requests from customers and internal teams via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and CRM systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing high-volume inbound requests from customers and internal teams * Conducting customer negotiations, including quote preparation and presentations * Providing customer training and resources to help customers maximize the use of arenaflex products and services * Leading new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are clearly communicated and completed in a timely manner * Conducting first bill reviews with customers to verify accuracy and submitting requests to internal billing groups for any discrepancies * Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly, escalating complex situations to the appropriate teams as necessary * Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system * Collaborating with sales, product, CS peer partners, service delivery, and support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success * Tracking and reporting on objective key results (OKRs) related to customer success and satisfaction * Assisting in resolving escalation situations through various phases of the customer lifecycle * Completing all required training activities in a timely manner without additional follow-up * Completing proactive nurturing touchpoints with customers with current, anticipated, or recent negative interaction with arenaflex to sustain and correct for a long-lasting relationship between customers and arenaflex **What We Look For in a Candidate** * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or related role * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer management tools * Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
