**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs and assortments, ensuring superior client satisfaction through deep analytics and problem-solving.
* Communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, staying informed of analytic best practices across the industry.
* Analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions, tracking category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share.
* Developing, communicating, executing, and monitoring specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews.
* Creating and delivering effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-ready formats.
* Evaluating and making recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory and fill rate objectives.
* Understanding and applying customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth.
* Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree and experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with Adult Beverage experience preferred, and Costco experience a value add.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations.
* Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (Numerator/Spectra, etc).
* Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations, assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving complex problems.
* Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel.
* Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.
