Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs
Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on tech needs and implementations
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds


Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience with Customer Data structures such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment
Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-level systems
In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices
Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
