The blithequark Docs team plays a vital role in this mission, and we're now seeking a skilled Customer Data Entry Administrator to join our team. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Customer Data Entry Administrator to provide support for our Campus Program, which empowers future developers with industry-leading tools and resources. As a key member of our Education team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and verifying eligibility for inbound applications, processing account renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and Education customers. Key Responsibilities Review and verify eligibility for inbound applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Process and manage Campus Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly Salesforce reports Provide support and respond to inquiries from internal teams and Education customers via email, ticketing systems, and other communication channels Communicate directly with teachers, students, and school administrators, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information within database systems, identifying actionable insights and areas for improvement Respond to support requests via ticketing queues, handling vendor and supplier documentation requests from users Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 3-10 years of experience in database support, data entry, or a related field, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving Experience in verifying customer information and data entry, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a great customer experience and empathic communication via email and other channels Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle 30 tickets per day and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency Strong data entry skills, with the ability to enter customer information accurately and efficiently Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets) and Slack or other chat platforms, with the ability to articulate well in written communication A process improvement mindset, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Ability to work remotely, engaging with teams across the company and maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience processing customer applications and verifying eligibility Familiarity with the blithequark platform (formerly GitHub) Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to ask "why" and conduct research to find solutions Naturally curious, upbeat, positive, and empathetic, with a strong work ethic and self-directed approach to work Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
