The Role As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls from across all our store locations.You'll work closely with our sales team to educate customers about the benefits of Good Feet arch supports, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with customers will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
