**Daily Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members and providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Resolving routine service inquiries from members or providers, such as:
+ Claims processing
+ Member benefit education
+ Contracting and credentialing requests
+ Eligibility inquiries
+ Transportation arrangements
* Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and State requirements/regulations
* Researching, following up, and resolving all open/pending issues in a timely manner
* Building and strengthening member or provider relationships through quality customer service
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
**Shift and Location**
* Shift: Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am - 8pm
* Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Ohio)
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or GED Equivalent
* 1+ year of call center OR healthcare experience
* Strong customer service skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in a managed care organization would be a valuable asset.
