arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Care Specialist to join our team in California. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and usage.
Maintain customer records in our system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience, share best practices, and provide support.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
