As a Customer Care Specialist 1, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support to our customers. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Specialist 1, your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as a Brand Ambassador for arenaflex, providing world-class service to all customers * Successfully troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts * Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction via incoming phone contacts * Processing orders and entering data into order entry systems via incoming phone contacts * Tracking customer packages * Other duties as assigned **A Day in the Life:** As a Customer Care Specialist 1, you will work in a virtual call center environment, fielding real-time calls from customers across the country during peak events. You will be required to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate. You will also be expected to maintain a quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace, equipped with a wired, high-speed internet connection, modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly. **You Own This If You Have:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) * The ability to meet arenaflex's and arenaflex's Customer CARE Work from Home Guidelines and expectations * Excellent communication skills * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency * Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance * Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate * A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace * The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership * Wired, high-speed internet, modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi) **We've Got You Covered:** arenaflex is committed to supporting the well-being and success of its employees.
